Meet the author
Sashikanta Malik is an author, a self-worth and dignity coach, and the founder of Shakti Harmony Empire (SHE). A Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) alumnus with more than 26 years of experience in social development, he works with women who have spent years putting everyone else first, and helps them reclaim their self-worth, set healthier boundaries, and prioritise themselves without guilt.
His writing and coaching grow from a simple conviction: dignity is not something to be earned or negotiated, and a woman’s own needs deserve a place at the top of her list. Based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, he is also a passionate singer who believes in living with purpose, joy and dignity.
